What it does
It applies your rules to the test path top-to-bottom, just like Apache: RewriteRule patterns are matched (with R for redirects, L to stop, NC for case-insensitive), and Redirect / RedirectMatch produce redirects. You get the final URL and HTTP status.
Supported
Regex patterns and $1 back-references, [R=301,L,NC] flags, prefix Redirect, and RedirectMatch regex redirects.
Limitations
RewriteCond conditions (host, query string, existence checks) are skipped — they can change real behaviour, so treat this as a rule-logic sanity check, not a full mod_rewrite engine. Always confirm on a staging server.
