What it does
TOML (Tom's Obvious, Minimal Language) is the config format behind pyproject.toml, Cargo.toml, many Rust and Python tools, and apps that want human-friendly config. This tool parses TOML into JSON so you can inspect or feed it to JSON tooling, and serialises JSON back into valid TOML.
Coverage
It handles the full language: key/value pairs, nested [tables], arrays of tables ([[products]]), inline tables ({ x = 1 }), arrays, integers, floats, booleans, and the TOML date/time types — those become ISO-8601 strings on the JSON side. When converting JSON → TOML the top level must be an object (TOML documents are a table); null has no TOML equivalent, so drop or replace null values first.
Notes
Comments and exact formatting aren't preserved on a round-trip — the output is freshly generated. To tidy or validate the JSON side use the JSON formatter; for other config formats try YAML ↔ JSON, .env ↔ JSON or CSV ↔ JSON.
Privacy
Parsing and serialising run entirely in your browser with a self-hosted TOML library — nothing you paste is uploaded.
